White Bean and Porcini Mushroom Ragu
Deceivingly rich and luscious. Earthy porcini mushrooms are simmered with stock for the base of this delicious sauce, which is then combined with pureed cannellini beans to create a creamy “ragu”. Toss it with bucatini - a hollowed out spaghetti -, salty parmesan, and bright parsley.
