Crispy panko-coated chicken, smoky barbecue-spiced potatoes, and easy-peasy steamed broccoli are a pretty obvious recipe for dinnertime success. It’s got your classic trifecta of meat, potatoes, and veg—could you ask for much more? How about a drizzle of hot honey? The stuff combines sweet sensations with spicy good vibrations, making it perfect for taking things beyond ordinary.

Produced in a facility that processes eggs, milk, fish, peanuts, sesame, shellfish, soy, tree nuts, and wheat.

Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry all produce. • Dice potatoes into ½-inch pieces. Toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, half the BBQ Seasoning (you’ll use the rest in the next step), pepper, and a big pinch of salt. Set aside.

Make Crust
2

• Place 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted, 30 seconds. • Stir in a large drizzle of olive oil, remaining BBQ Seasoning, pepper, and a big pinch of salt. Add panko and stir until evenly combined.

Coat Chicken
3

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. • Lightly oil a second baking sheet; spread chicken out across sheet. Evenly spread sour cream onto tops of chicken; mound with panko mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).

Roast Chicken and Potatoes
4

• Roast potatoes on top rack until crispy, 20-25 minutes. • Once potatoes have roasted 5 minutes, add chicken to middle rack and roast until browned and cooked through, 15-18 minutes.

Cook Broccoli
5

• Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. Place in a large microwave-safe bowl with 1 tsp water. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and poke a few holes in wrap. Microwave until broccoli is tender, 1-2 minutes. • Carefully remove plastic wrap (watch out for steam). Drain any water left in bowl, then toss broccoli with 1 TBSP butter until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

Serve
6

• Divide chicken, potatoes, and broccoli between plates. Drizzle chicken with as much hot honey as you like and serve.

This was so delicious! The hot honey just added something so extra and great. It was really good. I have to be honest because I'm super lazy (hence why I get your meals) I roasted the broccoli with the potatoes and the chicken and just tossed them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder. This was really easy with very little prep which I love and it was delicious so I'd get this again for sure!

Very yummy and crunchy! My picky husband ate it all except for the broccoli (I made a different vegetable he liked.). The chicken was so moist inside and the crispy crust delicious! The diced roasted potatoes were perfect flavor and crispness. The hot honey took it over the top!!!

Simple to make, the crust on the chicken was good, the hot honey complimented the chicken really well. Big servings of broccoli and potatoes.

I use the whole pack of hot honey on one chicken breast. You should include one packet per serving of chicken. I roasted the broccoli on the same tray as the chicken instead of steaming it in the microwave. It gives it much better flavor. I also didn't dice the potatoes I made wedges.

This is one of my top chicken recipes that I have made. The panko and hot honey worked so well together. I DID have several pieces of brown broccoli in my bag the day I received it, but there was still enough for 2 meals. I will get this one again if I see it listed. Absolutely delicious.

Loved the seasoned panko. The addition of the hot honey was delicious. The broccoli was tasty. The potatoes were still a bit firm after 25 minutes of roasting. Overall, very nice dinner.

Chicken very good. Love fresh broccoli added some of my own seasonings. Potatoes good with barbecue seasoning. Did not use hot honey sauce. We do not like hot seasonings
