Over here, we believe pork chops are a canvas, and we like to paint them with allllll the flavors. Tonight’s palette for your palate: A saucy coating that includes fresh rosemary, tangy balsamic vinegar, and creamy garlic herb butter—because why choose one of these ingredients when you could have them all? Complement those chops with a side of garlic herb toast and tender roasted green beans, and you have yourself a dinner to Remem-brandt (see what we did there?).

• Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Trim green beans if necessary; toss on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. • Roast on top rack until browned and tender, 12-15 minutes.

• Meanwhile, strip rosemary leaves from stems; finely chop leaves until you have 1 tsp (2 tsp for 4 servings). • Pat pork* dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes per side. • Turn off heat; transfer pork to a cutting board. Wipe out pan.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Add chopped rosemary; cook, stirring, until fragrant, 30 seconds. • Stir in stock concentrate, Colavita Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, 1⁄4 cup water (1⁄3 cup for 4 servings), and 2 tsp sugar (4 tsp for 4). Bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until slightly reduced, 3-4 minutes. Season generously with pepper. • Turn off heat. Stir in half the garlic herb butter until melted (you’ll use the rest in the next step).

• Halve baguette lengthwise and toast; spread cut sides with remaining garlic herb butter. Season with salt and pepper. Halve on a diagonal. • Thinly slice pork. • Divide pork, garlic bread, and green beans between plates. Top pork with balsamic rosemary pan sauce and serve.
I personally have never been a big pork chop fan, but this dish was fantastic! The balsamic rosemary was a great sweet and acidic compliment to the meat. As always, the roasted green beans captivate me almost like french fries. Finally, the infamous garlic bread I've heard about on so many accounts - all my favorite YouTubers HelloFresh has sponsored rave about it - simply amazing. Some of the best garlic bread I've had and the only thing that I could think of that would make it better might be a sprinkle of mozzarella cheese. It made great for mopping up some of the leftover sauce from the chops.
Preparing the sauce was a bit difficult. Perhaps making it in a separate pan, it wouldn't have reduced as quickly as it did. Sad I didn't get to use it. The pork chops were flavorful, I will have to leave to the imagination the way they would've tasted with the rosemary pan sauce. The green beans were fresh and delicious. The bread was amazing!
Fresh easy and love the balsamic sauce for the pork chops.
Never been a fan of balsamic but the sweet and the tang fit perfectly with the pork chop I'm impressed
Loved the balsamic rosemary sauce. That would be good on ANYTHING!
Loved the portion sizes and the balsamic glaze with the rosemary was so tasty! Loved, loved, loved the green beans, too!
So fast and easy to make. Loved the balsamic glaze for the pork. I could only eat half my portion and my son was more than willing to finish my portion. That says a lot for a 10 year old. Loved this one
I have not used Rosemary a lot in the past and really wasn't sure how to use it. What I love about Hello Fresh is, I have gotten more familiar with ingredients that I don't typically use. This allows me to learn new ways to spice up our meals! We LOVED this rosemary glaze over the meat! Yum!
a favorite for sure. Pork Chops were tender - I have never been able to do that on my own. These recipes are stupid proof.
So simple to make but packed with flavor! If it's bland to u then you aren't putting enough color on the green beans and pork chops
