Cara's Chicken Pesto Burgers

I come from a family of picky eaters (except me), so when my family finds a recipe they like, it comes into heavy rotation in our meal repertoire. One of those recipes is pesto. In an effort to get my family out of the pesto pasta rut, I made these Pesto Chicken Burgers at a summer barbecue last year. They were such a hit that they're now a staple in our albeit slowly growing recipe pile.
