Chicken Cutlets: Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and pepper (feel free to also sprinkle on whatever spices you have in your pantry—you’re the chef!). Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side.
Chicken Breast Strips: Pat chicken with paper towels; season with salt and pepper. Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.
Chicken Sausage Mix: Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken sausage and cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through, 5-7 minutes.
This was FANTASTIC. I used the sausage mix for part of my breakfasts, and the other two in lunches and my own recipe for chicken fried rice dinner. I highly recommend.
Love the variety pack because the quality of your meats are fantastic. I re-created the chicken sausage rigatoni recipe kit, and tonight I am re-creating the paprika chicken with pistachio rice kit! I will order this pack again in the future for sure!

The chicken breast strips were really small irregular chunks of chicken. They were definitely not "strips." Some were smaller than a dime, others larger than a quarter. Definitely not what I expected or what was pictured. The taste was not up to previous Hello Fresh quality. I felt they were chicken "scraps."
The chicken is wonderful, SOOOOOO much better than the chicken you get at the grocery store which has questionable parts
The chicken sausage seems a bit on the salty side. It's very tasty though.
The chicken strips are more little chicken pieces. The Italian ground chicken is amazing! Makes the best spaghetti sauce! My kids love it!
I love that you can get this on the side to add to the delicious vegetarian meals.
Maybe consider providing some healthy easy recipe ideas for this protein pack that uses similar ingredients as the meal cards it comes with.
