Roughly chop peanuts and dried cherries. Place peanut butter and crème fraîche in a small bowl. Lightly season with salt; stir to combine.
Place a small dollop (about 1½ tsp) of peanut butter in one corner of a serving board. Using the back of a spoon, gently press the dollop in the center and swipe to one side to create a small swoop. Place another small dollop next to the previous one and swoop. Repeat, building an overlapping, wave-like pattern on the board.
Drizzle creamy peanut butter with fig jam. Sprinkle with peanuts and cherries. Serve.
