Sometimes, nothing but a big bowl of pasta will do. (If that’s 5 out of 5 weekdays for you, we’re totally on board.) That's why we're offering fresh ravioli for whenever a carby craving strikes. These ricotta-and-tomato-stuffed pasta pillows are easy, quick to whip up, and (most of all) delicious. Stir them into a creamy marinara sauce, or get creative with your own accoutrements. 9 ounce
Fresh Tomato Ricotta Ravioli
(Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Once boiling, add ravioli and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
The ravioli is always delicious! Quick and easy meal to throw together.
These were good but I made the mistake of throwing some red sauce on them that I had and the red sauce didn't sit well on my stomach so it's hard for me to say how good the ravioli were. They did taste good and you could taste the ricotta. And it wasn't too much tomato. I just ruined them by throwing sauce on them. Ruin them for me, that is. Probably it would have been fine for anyone else but I have a damaged stomach and I guess red sauce is going to be a future no-no for me. Sigh.
Delicious! Even if it's just with melted butter and some crumbled cotija sprinkled on top.
Great little side meal. Needed big salad and bread to make a meal.
Tastes great, but some of the ravioli were open, so the insides did not stay in the ravioli.
I was very confused about having to make my own sauce. I love the ravioli! Just make the info about it not having sauce a little bigger. THANKS!!!
I used my own sauce recipe but a recommended quick sauce recipe would be welcome.
Good flavor but fell apart easily after only 3 minutes cooking despite not separating
These were even better than I imagined them to be. Very nice surprise. They are very good.
Lovely flavor, just wish there were more in the package
