Keep focaccia refrigerated; if product has been re-frozen, thaw fully in the refrigerator before following heating instructions.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place focaccia directly on oven rack. Cook until warmed through, 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool 3-5 minutes. Cut crosswise into slices.
Break Grand Cru into chunks using a butter knife, place on a board or plate. Separate coppa, salami, and prosciutto and arrange in sections on board or plate with cheese.
Serve cheese and charcuterie with focaccia and fig jam.
Fig jam was awesome. Needed more in there. The cheese was really good too.
Prefer the baguette over the focaccia, but still a great spread.
