
Ravioli is the perfect date-night meal that tastes like you were working on it all day. This version, filled with mushrooms and cheese, happens to be extra special. Rich, complex, and savory on its own, our ravioli is elevated to new heights once it’s coated in garlicky browned butter with chopped herbs and Parmesan cheese! Mushroom Ravioli
(Contains: Eggs, Milk, Wheat)
2 ounce
Garlic Herb Butter
(Contains: Milk)
1.5 ounce
Parmesan Cheese
(Contains: Milk)
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, gently add ravioli to pot and reduce heat to medium low. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
Heat a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic herb butter and cook, stirring constantly, until butter is foamy and flecked with brown bits, 2-4 minutes. Remove from heat and add cooked ravioli, tossing gently to coat.
Divide ravioli between plates. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
It couldn't be simpler to make and the flavor was pleasing. Admittedly, this was an oversight on my part, but I think it also reflects on the menu composition as a whole - I really fell short of my RDA in the protein requirements for the entire week with this box. It's great that the program has offerings in specialty diets like vegetarian and keto/low carb, but not so much for those of us who workout and try to increase their protein intake.
Now THATs how you do ravioli! I like this one way more than the cheese ravioli, cheese and spinach ravioli, or the cheese tortellini. More recipes with this instead of the cheese one!
Super fast and super good! Added a garlic salad and supper was on the table in 15 minutes! Delish!
Fabulous ravioli. I used the garlic butter and Parmesan supplied to make a fabulous cream sauce.

This was so good and simple. I really needed a quick meal which was this and easy.
They were delicious but overly mushroomy. I really really wanted to love these as we both love mushrooms and pastas but these came across as a bit bland and way too much mushroom filling! We had to do a lot of experimenting with parmigiana and butter to try and better the taste.
Purchased these for my husband to cook on his own. He enjoyed them quite a bit and wants these again.
