Sirloin Steak
Pat steak dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side.
They're small, but very good. We sous-vide cooked them and then charred them on the grill, they were some of the best steak I've had.
These sirloins were amazing! SOOO tender and absolutely no fat. Felt like we were eating filet mignon!
