• Wash and dry all produce. • Finely chop cilantro. Halve, peel, and very thinly slice onion. Quarter lime.

• In a medium bowl, combine coleslaw mix, cilantro, and a few slices of onion to taste (you’ll use the rest in the next step). • Toss with mayonnaise, hot sauce, and juice from half the lime; season with salt and pepper. Set aside, stirring occasionally, until ready to serve.

• Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add remaining onion; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring, until browned and softened, 5-7 minutes. • Add BBQ pulled chicken* and cook, stirring, until warmed through, 2-3 minutes. • Stir in juice from remaining lime. Turn off heat.

• While filling cooks, wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, about 30 seconds. • Divide tortillas between plates. Fill with chicken filling and creamy slaw and serve.
This dish was very easy to make, easy to follow, and my husband absolutely loved them. He really likes the bbq sauce that the chicken came in. The creamy slaw and red onions worked so well for this dish. Yay for easy and yummy meals!
The creamy slaw was the best part. The bbq chicken was also delicious but I felt that the recipe called for way too much onion. I used half the amount and still thought it was too much.
Loved the pulled chicken tacos, I added avocado and tomatoes. The red cabbage slaw was great as a partner. I may have added some leftover black beans as well. Even without salsa they were quite tasty!
One of the EASIEST HF dishes but also one of our favorites. The BBQ pulled chicken is outstanding and the easy little slaw that accompanies the meal is unbeatable.
This is the quickest and tastiest meal ever! Love not having to use the oven during the summer! My husband isn't a fan of lime, so I just added some extra Cholula sauce, that I already had, to the BBQ Pulled Chicken. Delicious!
I was nervous as I don't really like slaw but the slaw ended up being my favorite part. Very easy recipe especially since the main part, the chicken, already comes cooked in BBQ sauce and you are really only warming it up.
The slaw was so good I made BBQ chicken sandwiches for visiting family the other day and made a big bowl of the slaw- everyone LOVED it! The BBQ sauce you guys use is super tasty too, so my husband and I really enjoyed these tacos!
It was delicious. Quick & easy. Recommend including more chicken for recipe. For just 3 ppl we found we had an abundance of coleslaw, & not enough chicken to fill all the shells. Please increase amount of BBQ pulled chicken for future.
Great flavor together - the BBQ chicken and slaw! Quick to prepare & little clean up (one pan). Yeah, a winner!!
The pre-cooked pulled chicken had an unpleasant taste. Also only made about 4 tacos with the amount of slaw, which was needed to cover up the taste of the reheated chicken.
