Crispy panko-coated chicken, barbecue-buttered biscuits, and easy-peasy roasted broccoli are a pretty obvious recipe for dinnertime success. It’s got your classic trifecta of meat, carb, and veg—could you ask for much more? How about a drizzle of hot honey? The stuff combines sweet sensations with spicy good vibrations, making it perfect for taking things beyond ordinary.
½ cup
Panko Breadcrumbs
(Contains: Wheat)
2 tablespoon
Sour Cream
3 unit
Oven-Ready Tray
8 ounce
Broccoli
¾ ounce
Hot Honey
1 tablespoon
Sweet and Smoky BBQ Seasoning
10 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
3 tablespoon (tbsp)
Butter
(Contains: Milk)
1 tablespoon (tbsp)
Olive Oil
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper

• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place 2 TBSP butter (4 TBSP for 4 servings) in a small bowl; set aside to soften (you’ll use it in step 6). Wash and dry produce.

• Place 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4 servings) in a medium microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted, 30 seconds. • Stir in a large drizzle of oil, 2 tsp BBQ Seasoning (4 tsp for 4), a big pinch of salt, and pepper. (You’ll use the remaining BBQ Seasoning later.) Add panko and stir until evenly combined.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Place in 1 aluminum tray (2 trays for 4 servings). • Evenly spread sour cream onto tops of chicken; mound with panko mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides). • Roast on middle rack until browned and cooked through, 20-25 minutes. (You’ll start the biscuits after 10 minutes.)

• Meanwhile, cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. • Place in another aluminum tray (2 other trays for 4 servings); drizzle with oil and season with salt and pepper. Add 2 TBSP water to tray, then cover tightly with foil. • Add to middle rack; roast until broccoli is tender, 15-20 minutes.

• Remove biscuits from package; spread out evenly in remaining aluminum tray (remaining 2 trays for 4 servings). • Once chicken has roasted 10 minutes, add biscuits to middle rack. Bake until golden brown, 12-15 minutes.

• While biscuits bake, add remaining BBQ Seasoning to bowl with softened butter. Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine. • Divide chicken, broccoli, and biscuits between plates. Drizzle chicken with as much Mike’s Hot Honey® as you like. Serve biscuits with BBQ butter.
This was superb. Loved the broccoli side. The Mike's hot honey was perfect for the chicken. I added cayenne pepper to the bread crumb mixture as I was wanting more of a Nashville chicken experience. Loved it.
Your take on "fried chicken" was nothing short of genius, the panko breading offered the "fried" crispiness one would expect, plus the hot honey was a great compliment. We ended up mixing some sugar with the BBQ butter for the biscuits to add some sweetness, which ended up being really really really delicious, so I'd recommend this as part of the biscuit prep. We tried it without the sugar and the flavor just wasn't there.
This was by far our favorite meal of the week, and we were all surprised its not in the Hall of Fame. I'm going to buy some Mike's Hot Honey to have on hand. We would have liked this to be even hotter, and hot honey on the biscuits instead of the bbq spiced butter.
We really enjoyed this meal! The chicken was tender and the panko seasoning was good. We liked the Hot Honey too! The broccoli took longer than 20 minutes cook but was good. We added some regular honey to our biscuits with BBQ butter. Yummy!
Love this!! Tasted great and love that it came with trays!! Fast and easy clean up. Will always pick Oven Ready meals when available. Also loved the Mike's Hot Honey!! Will be buying that to keep stocked in the house.
The chicken cutlets are fantastic with the breading and Mike's Hot Honey. I imagine Mike's Hot Honey would be good on most anything. Save a bit for the biscuits as well, you will not be disappointed. The broccoli is broccoli.
The portion size on this was actually huge. The BBQ butter is a fun way to kick it up a notch on regular old butter. The Mikes Hot Honey is delicious and this pack came with a coupon to buy my own [MASKED] off!
The chicken was awesome I was concerned the hot honey was going to be too much but on top mixed with the other things it wasn't it was awesome! the broccoli was real good a little crunchy but not too much. I cant comment on the biscuits because mine were missing.
I feel like chicken doesn't cook as thoroughly in those aluminum trays... so it took a little longer than was written out in the recipe (as did the broccoli). Everything tasted fine though. Maybe add honey to the butter in the recipe next time-the BBQ seasoning was a good addition but it felt like something was missing. The honey would have been great (also my bad for not adding it to try myself :P).
What a great recipe!! The chicken was easy and the hot honey made it super flavorful and even jazzed up the roasted broccoli. Easy and fast and yummy!!
