  • Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce.

     

     

     

  • Trim and halve Brussels sprouts lengthwise. Slice bacon into 1/4-inch pieces.

  • Toss Brussels sprouts in aluminum tray with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add bacon to tray on top of Brussels sprouts. Roast on top rack, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.

  • Remove tray from oven and drizzle on hot honey and half the balsamic vinegar (all for 4). Serve.
