I loved these one so much the cucumbers in this meal were so good and I love that I switched to cauliflower rice it was so good but everything about the meal was really good
I wasn't to scrape the cucumber as recommended do so I baked it with the seeds inside which turned out just fine. The meal was very good just frustrated that I broke the cucumber trying to scrape the insides. Overall, very good.

Easy prep, calorie smart with cauliflower rice. But, can you get leaner ground pork?
The pickled cucumbers usually taste like vinegar covered cucumbers in the time given to make them. Or maybe the quantity of vinegar isn't enough to achieve the outcomes you describe, but it just tastes like sliced cucumbers with some vinegar in the vicinity and not anything pickled.
