Remove and discard ends of cilantro stems if necessary; roughly chop cilantro (stems and all!). Quarter lime.

Open package of chicken* and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken, half the cumin (all for 4 servings), salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until just beginning to brown, 3-4 minutes. (You'll finish cooking the chicken in Step 5.)

While chicken cooks, in a medium bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, juice from half the lime, ¼ tsp sugar (½ tsp for 4 servings), salt, pepper, and as much Sriracha as you like. Mix until well combined; set aside until ready to serve.

Once chicken begins to brown, add half the tomato paste and ¼ cup water (all the tomato paste and ½ cup water for 4 servings) to pan; cook until chicken is saucy and cooked through, 1-2 minutes more.
Turn off heat; stir in 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4) and a squeeze of lime juice.

Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds.

Divide tortillas between plates; fill with chicken, Sriracha slaw, and crispy fried onions. Serve with any remaining lime wedges on the side.
Could use more of a "taco" seasoning taste. Paprika, chili powder? But now that I know I can do that on my own. I also like that it's filling but not heavy. Overall, an easy tasty dish!
So flavorful and different than what we are used to. We now order any of your tacos whenever they are on the menus!
Added all of the cumin, all of the tomato paste and a 1/2 cup of water to the chicken.
This has a wonderful texture and a nice flavor profile!
Probably one of the best meals I have had so far, could use cheese though.
These flavors really mixed well together! I also mixed a little sriracha with sour cream to top it.
Loved this dish. The ingredients all worked together to produce a delicious meal.
Really like the slaw and the chicken but I feel like the tomato paste flavor in the chicken is a bit too harsh maybe change to tomato puree instead of paste
Delicious, just wish there was a lettuce wrap option to cut the carbs
This wasn't my favorite. It was easy to make and very filling.
