Sour Cream
8 ounce
Broccoli
2 tablespoon
Garlic Herb Butter
(Contains: Milk)
¼ cup

(Contains: Wheat)
10 ounce

1 unit
Demi-Baguette
(Contains: Soy, Wheat)
1 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
2 teaspoon (tsp)
Olive Oil

• Adjust rack to middle position (middle and top for 4 servings) and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • In a small bowl, combine panko, Parmesan, Fry Seasoning, a large drizzle of olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Place on one side of a baking sheet (for 4 servings, spread out across entire sheet). • Evenly brush tops of chicken breasts with sour cream. Mound coated sides with panko mixture, pressing to adhere.

• Cut broccoli florets into bite-size pieces if necessary. Toss broccoli on opposite side of sheet from chicken with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, toss broccoli on a second sheet.) • Roast on middle rack until chicken is crispy and cooked through and broccoli is tender and lightly browned at the edges, 15-20 minutes. (For 4, roast chicken on middle rack and broccoli on top rack.) TIP: Broccoli may finish before chicken—if so, remove from oven and continue roasting chicken.

• Meanwhile, halve baguette lengthwise. When chicken has 5 minutes left, toast baguette in oven or toaster oven until lightly golden. • Spread cut sides of baguette with garlic herb butter. • Divide chicken, broccoli, and garlic bread between plates. Serve.
Relatively easy to prepare and the employees really enjoyed the crunchy texture of the parmesan coating. They all loved the combo of the roasted broccoli with the perfectly cooked chicken. Not everyone liked the garlic bread, but those that did said it was tasty. We might see about switching the carb next time if possible, but that's on us.
This was super easy and barely any cleanup since we used parchment paper and one extra large sheet pan. There was a bitter taste in the chicken, but I'm extra sensitive to bitter. I think I'm the only one who noticed it. One of our kids didn't like the garlic butter (too fakey tasting) but the other did. I'd say it's a solid meal that is easy for a kid to make right.
Tasty meal. The chicken was tender and moist and very good. The veggies roasted up beautifully, but I did add a few things to them. Some thin sliced potatoes, red onions and freshly grated parmesan cheese. They were delicious. Cooked about 30 minutes and all was perfect.
My favorite! The crispy chicken is tender & melts in my mouth. The garlic butter on warm bread is so good, and the broccoli completes this very satisfying meal. Bravo!
These sheet pan chicken meals are my favorite. Quick clean up, great flavor, and the chicken stays nice a moist
Chicken so fresh and juicy, topping a perfect match the broccoli easy to eat and good tasting with browned ends toasted bread also had great flavor and crunch
This was one of my top 2 recipes so far. My toddler loved it and I loved that it was one sheet pan for everything
You guys work wonders with broccoli! The chicken had excellent texture but flavor distributions seemed a bit off. I would happily make this again, but want to slather both sides of the chicken rather than just one. Possible competition comes from an old Chicken Supreme recipe.
This was really good, I really enjoyed it, didn't think I would like crusted chicken but I loved it, just wish I could have had seconds lol I will order this one again 😊
The chicken was a touch too salty (probably from the parmesan). The garlic bread was delicious! Will order this one again.
