10 ounce
Seasoned Precooked Potato Slices
½ cup
Cheddar Cheese
(Contains: Milk)
4 tablespoon
BBQ Sauce
1 unit
Oven-Ready Tray
2.5 teaspoon
White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon
Mayonnaise
(Contains: Eggs)
12 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
1 tablespoon
Sweet and Smoky BBQ Seasoning
4 ounce
Coleslaw Mix
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
1 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil
½ teaspoon (tsp)
Sugar

Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken on one side of oven-ready tray (for 4 servings, place all the chicken in one tray).

Open package of potatoes and drain off any excess liquid.
Place potatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl, separating any pieces that are stuck together. Cover with plastic wrap; poke a few holes in wrap and microwave 3 minutes. Toss with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.
Transfer seasoned potatoes to opposite side of tray from chicken (for 4 servings, transfer potatoes to a second tray). Bake on middle rack (be sure your oven has preheated!) until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are browned, 25-30 minutes. (For 4, bake two trays side by side on middle rack.)

Meanwhile, wash and dry bowl used for potatoes.
In same bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, half the vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, salt, and pepper (all the vinegar and 1 tsp sugar for 4 servings). Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Drizzle BBQ sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar over potatoes and stir to combine until melted.
Divide BBQ chicken, cheddar potatoes, and coleslaw between plates in separate sections. Serve.
This was excellent!! The BBQ sauce is so sweet and tangy, the potatoes were delicious, and the coleslaw was a nice addition to the meal as it gives it such a nice flavor. Definitely getting this again!
I love the update on how to cook this. I like that BBQ seasoning was added to cook on the chicken and then sauce for after. I also like the change of potatoes and not cooking it with the cheese so that the cheese is better.
Love the recipe improvements. The first time I made this the directions said to put the cheese on potatoes and sauce on chicken before you bake them. This time, you bake them first then add cheese and sauce. So much better! And so flavorful!
The pan provided was way too small for both the chicken and the potatoes so I just used a baking sheet and covered it with tin foil to reduce the mess. But it was delicious! I don't eat coleslaw but my husband does and he's very picky about it... However he really liked this
Absolutely perfect, ok, well I used all of the vinegar rather than half, and had to put the potatoes on a separate cookie sheet because the chicken pieces took up the entire baking tin. 98/100.
Really flavorful and easy to make! The coleslaw was not shredded enough, which made it difficult to eat. The potatoes were delicious and the chicken was very juicy.
Liked this a lot. Simple to do and very tasty. Would get again. Will be looking more at the prep & bake options.
This was a very tasty meal! The sauce had great flavor and made the chicken moist. The potatoes were a welcome convenience item and tasted good too. The coleslaw was a great idea for a veggie. Fresh, crunchy and acidic for a good contrast to the rest of the plate!
The chicken cutlet portions were small. The barbecue sauce was very tasty. The coleslaw was very tasty as well once put together. It was nice to have sliced prepared potatoes. However it was a small portion. I had to make another side of potatoes to fill us up. Perhaps you could add a larger portion of potatoes in this meal instead of the coleslaw.
The chicken was tender and the sauce had a nice flavor. It wasn't too sweet or spicy. I enjoyed the flavor of the mayonnaise vinegar dressing on the coleslaw, but prefer the texture to be finer and a bit smaller so it fits easily into my mouth. The longer strips have me trying to wrap my mouth around them to get them off my fork. The potatoes were tender and nice cheesy flavor. However, when they arrived they were already turning black which did not look Hello Fresh.
