If you’re a self-professed beef aficionado, you know that tenderloin is a cut above. As the name suggests, it’s naturally buttery and tender (yet low in fat!), making it a totally elegant main course no matter how you choose to cook it. Butter-baste with herbs and aromatics, roast and serve with a creamy horseradish sauce, or pair it with our succulent shrimp for an extra-luxe surf-and-turf meal. MEAT dinnertime’s new secret weapon.
Produced in a facility that processes milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybean.
