teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper

Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Trim green beans if necessary.
In oven-ready tray, toss green beans with a drizzle of oil, half the garlic powder (you'll use the rest in the next step), salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, divide everything between two trays.)
In a small bowl, combine panko, sesame seeds, 1 TBSP olive oil (2 TBSP for 4), a pinch of salt, and pepper.

Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with remaining garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange over green beans (for 4 servings, divide chicken between two trays).
Brush tops of chicken with mayonnaise; mound with panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere (no need to coat the undersides).
Roast on middle rack (be sure your oven has preheated!) until green beans are tender, topping is golden brown, and chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes. (For 4, roast two trays side by side on top rack.)

When chicken has 5 minutes left, empty rice into a medium microwave-safe bowl (breaking up rice with your hands). Add 3 TBSP water (6 TBSP for 4 servings). Cover tightly with plastic wrap; microwave until rice is warmed through and tender, 1½-2 minutes.
Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4); taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.

Divide chicken, green beans, and rice between plates in separate sections. Top chicken with spicy mayo and serve.
My son and I loved this one. The sesame seeds in the panko breading added a nice extra crunch. The green beans were so good that I had the rest of them for a before bed snack!
The chicken was not done in the time listed in the instructions, and the panko didn't 'brown' at all, so the dish 'looked' much worse than it tasted. It was delicious, just didn't look visually appealing.
Great quality chicken, delicious. Breading was delicious but took a while to crisp up in the oven. Jasmine rice was a little overpowering for my husband but I loved it. It was very fragrant, though. Kids loved it.
Chicken wasn't quite as crispy as we would have liked - I would cook on the top rack next time around OR choose to broil for the final 2-3 minutes of cooking. I would also coat the chicken entirely with mayo and bread crumbs for maximum crispiness.
I cooked the green beans for a few minutes before I add the chicken. I like mine a little softer. It could be good to add a 5-minute broil step at the end as our chicken was cooked through but the breading was pale.
Good meal. Takes longer for beans to soften than 25 mins. Would also like a larger piece of chicken. But it was pretty good
Everyone loved this meal. We had to cook the chicken a little longer than directed, but otherwise was easy and super delicious.
Chicken did not get brown on top rack even by 24 min, so I turned on broiler. Green beans were still crunchy. Might suggest a longer cooking time. Would love an option for broccoli or carrots instead of green beans
We loved the chicken, but the beans did not taste fresh. We would also prefer to have a 90 second rice packet than the baking pan. It was hard to break up the lumps in the rice unless I actually broke them apart with my bare hands.
Super easy to make, and tasty. The spicy mayo was an excellent touch.
