Ground Beef
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef and cook, breaking up meat into pieces, until browned and cooked through, 4-6 minutes.
I love having an extra pound of ground beef on hand. Sometimes I use it as an addition to make a 2-person meal into a 3-person meal. Other times I use it on its own. Regardless, the meat quality is very good.
Please never change your ground beef. The 85\15 is all I buy. It is the Perfect mix of meat and fat.
I'm learning from other recipes how to incorporate seasonings so when I cooked the ground beef for a taco it came out perfectly.
I love the quality of the ground beef. Very impressed that it doesn't shrink up while cooking hamburgers.
Made sloppy joes for a special treat. Lots of meat for a sandwich so added some rice and black beans for the next dinner. Would do again.
I think the meat is fine, but, if it is chopped too small and drained it dries out and needs sauce concentrate and water added. When chopped not too small it is acceptably succulent with just dry seasoning.
Good value to have in the house and add to other meals. Love that it is perfectly packaged for two of us without tempting us to overeat.
The meat is perfectly portioned for two people. Great taste and consistency with only a little fat content.
Beef was fresh and tasty. It was a welcome delight when compared to my local NYC markets. Another keeper!
Love being able to get extra ground beef however it would be even better if I could get leaner meat... it's always 80/20 and would love a 90/10 or similar option.
