Bring garlic herb butter to room temperature. Adjust oven rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Trim and discard woody bottom ends from asparagus. Quarter lemon. Toss asparagus and lemon wedges on baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, salt, and pepper. Roast on middle rack until tender and lightly browned, 10-12 minutes.
Carefully squeeze roasted lemon wedges over asparagus; toss with garlic herb butter until melted and combined.
Love the freshness of the asparagus, possibly a little less lemon if it's not your tasting, it becomes a little bit overwhelming.
Good portions for the cost. I roasted them in my air fryer. Please add air fry directions to your recipes when appropriate 😋
This is a lot of asparagus! It's a family favorite and the lemon just brings out the flavor more. So good!
I loved these! The roasted lemons were a nice touch!!! Definitely want to know how to make the herbed butter!
The asparagus was great and the garlic herb butter is one of your best additions to almost everything.
Super easy and very tasty. A tip for how to squeeze hot lemons that have just come out of the oven without waiting for the whole dish to go cold would be helpful.
It was very easy and worked really well for hosting family on Christmas Eve. It gave more time to spend with family and less time in the kitchen but it was still delicious.
I roasted them in the oven with olive oil, garlic powder and a little shaved parmesan cheese on top. yum!
Fresh and tender and enough asparagus to make it worth the additional cost
The amount of food was decent. Unfortunately the asparagus was not the freshest and some pieces were soft and a little smelly. The garlic herb butter was a little artificial tasting and strong. It may have been tastier to provide some herbs for me to make my own to taste.
