What is the meaning of life? What is love? What should I have for lunch? While we can’t help you with the first two conundrums, we’ve got the third answer in the (lunch) bag: Easy, breezy wraps made with our ready-to-eat chopped chicken so they’re ready in under 10 minutes. We believe in a balanced diet so we tucked some salad into the wraps with cheddar cheese and buttermilk ranch dressing for that irresistible creaminess. When a riddle is wrapped in an enigma, our solution is to wrap lunch in a tortilla!

• Wash and dry produce.
• Wrap tortillas in damp paper towels and microwave until warm and pliable, 30 seconds.
• In a large bowl, toss mixed greens with cheddar and ranch dressing.
• In a medium bowl, toss chicken* with BBQ sauce to coat. TIP: Like a hot lunch? Use a microwave-safe bowl when tossing the BBQ chicken, then microwave for 1-2 minutes and stir again.
• Place tortillas on a clean work surface. Add salad and BBQ chicken to the bottom half of each tortilla. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold bottom edge of each tortilla over filling, then fold over left and right edges toward the filling. Roll up tortillas, starting with filled sides, to form wraps. TIP: For less mess, place each tortilla on a large piece of aluminum foil before rolling and wrap up with the foil. Simply unwrap as you eat!
• Halve wraps on a diagonal; divide between plates and serve.
