These were delicious, but I cannot figure out how to cook them. I used the oil and water method. Though I used a non-stick pan, the dumplings stuck like crazy. It was slightly unsightly. We did not care for the mustard sauce; it was thin and too sweet, not a contrast to the duck sauce, so I served hot Chinese mustard, it was a hit.
Loved the flavor of the dumplings but the sauce not so much. Had a mayonnaise taste. Would be better if it was just a simple sesame gyoza sauce like Trader Joe's.
One of the packages was crushed and leaking. Very carelessly packed. Other than that, they're tasty and easy to cook up. We serve them on a bed of cabbage with scallions, red onions, and julienned carrots for extra color and flavor.
You should have these in your freezer! No time for preparation for big meals? Pop these in your air fryer or skillet! It will make your evening!
The chicken dumplings had much better flavor than the pork. The latter were quite bland. The sauce is just okay. Very easy to cook.
The pork dumplings are some of my favorite things ever! The chicken ones are a different story. I found them a bit dry and the ginger flavor was too prevalent. The sauce was still amazing, though.
Definitely amazing taste and sauce with the Pork ones I cooked tonight. A new fav! I cook up 5 dumplings as an entree and serve with some sides, it's an amazing meal.
My dad liked the pork/mushroom dumplings. I made the chicken ones which were a simple lunch. I used my airfryer 10 min at 400.
Really good potstickers. I modified the sauce with added soy sauce and ginger to add more flavor.
A little too bland, but ok. A dark, ginger sauce would be better because they themselves are bland.
