Give your sodas and soft drinks an upgrade with this mocktail kit that’ll keep you cool all summer long. Poppi’s Lemon-Lime soda makes an ideal fizzy base for two different alcohol-free bevs. First: the Mango Jalapeño Fresharita, which finds the perfect balance of spicy jalapeño, sour lime, sweet mango, and—of course—a salted rim. Then, for the Freshelada, you’ll pair the lemon-lime soda with tomato, lime, and Worcestershire sauce for a slightly savory spin. Try ‘em both and see which one’s your favorite! *Nutrition values for 1 drink of Mango Jalapeno Fresharita is as follows: Calories 25, Total Fat 0g, Sat. MANGO JALAPENO FRESHARITA (for 1 Drink): Wash and dry produce. Halve jalapeño; scrape out the ribs and seeds with a spoon. Slice into very thin half-moons. Quarter lime. Rub a lime wedge along the rim of a rocks glass, then dip rim into kosher salt. Open mango; strain ½ ounce juice into cocktail shaker or large glass. Add 1 TBSP mango pieces, a pinch of salt, and as much jalapeño as you like (we used 2 slices—use more if you like things extra spicy!). Using the end of a wooden spoon, muddle the mango-jalapeno mixture, stirring as you go. Add ice, ¾ ounce lime juice, and 3 ounces Lemon Lime Poppi; stir until chilled, 5-10 seconds. Strain into salted rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.

Add ice and 3 ounces Lemon Lime Poppi; stir until chilled, 5-10 seconds.Strain into salted rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with lime wedge.
I tried both recipe versions. Loved them both. I don't drink alcohol, so it was fun to have a mocktail with my cocktail crowd.
Adorable and very easy to make!! Was able to make two drinks from each recipe. So much fun!
Fun to make! I really like the mango jalapeño a nice alternative to a cocktail
These were yummy. My son enjoyed making them. He wants more things like this.
Love these! Here are excellent for people who want to have the illusion of drinking!
My kits was missing the tomato paste. Saved the day by substituting with the only comparable ingredient in my pantry - ketchup. Also, the recipe instructions should clearly state they are for preparing one drink at a time.
I do like them but the second recipe is too tomato tasting for my liking. Maybe offer another mocktail flavor. Can you make a mocktail hugo spritz? These mocktails are great with a more Mexican flavored dish however there are not a lot of those options. Maybe consider a few mocktail options that can be paired with the dishes available for the week.
Fun and easy to make. I enjoy trying new things from HF.
Easy to make. The margarita one was great. Husband didn't love the tomato juice
Fun to try. Even got both of my picky sons to join in.
