over Crispy Polenta Cakes
Mushrooms, thyme, and garlic are a match made in heaven. Make a cream sauce with them, and serve it all over delicious pillows of crispy polenta, and you’ve taken it up a notch! We served it with a peppery arugula salad with crunchy walnuts.
