Wash and dry produce. Open package of potatoes and drain off any excess liquid.
Open package of chicken and drain off any excess liquid.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large, preferrably nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add potatoes to hot pan and spread out in a single layer. Add chicken on top of potatoes in a single layer. Season generously with salt and pepper. Do not stir. Cover pan with a lid and cook, undisturbed, for 3 minutes. (TIP: If potatoes begin to brown too quickly, reduce heat to medium.)

While potatoes and chicken cook, break larger green beans in half if needed.
Uncover potatoes and chicken and stir to combine. Place green beans on top of potatoes and chicken in a single layer. Season with salt and pepper. Do not stir. Recover pan with lid and cook until chicken is fully cooked and green beans are tender, 3-4 minutes (4-5 minutes for 4 servings).

Remove pan from heat. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide potatoes, chicken, and green beans between bowls. Top with pesto and serve.
This is one of the easiest meals to prepare that I have ever prepared. Using pesto sauce to add flavor is excellent. My husband is a meat and potato man but he is also part Italian. He loved it and he ate all his veggies because they weren't overcooked. Good going Hello Fresh.
Definitely a one hit wonder! Very easy to assemble and added different spices, along with the pesto, made this dish delicious! Will definitely get this meal again!
This meal is great for food prep. It keeps well in the fridge with the pesto sauce on the side PLUS fast, tasty, easy!
Pesto was great. Chicken and potatoes tender. Green beans crisp. Very easy to make
I enjoyed this dish. It was easy, fast, and tasty. My only comment is that it could use a little more pesto. The amount provided was not enough to satisfactorily add to the dish. At least two tablespoons more would be ideal. Otherwise, great dish.
This was pretty good... I microwaved the green beans (they would not have steamed in time) and tossed them with a bit of butter and parmesan, which complemented the pesto. Dunno if I will make it again but it was nice and easy.
When you say it's "no chop", I should be just that. The green beans still had stems on them. Like when you say you can steam the green beans in the bag, but they still have stems. But good flavors
Great flavor and simple! Definitely have to be heavy on seasoning. Potatoes are what make it!!
I like the nutrition profile on this recipe. I just wish the pre-cut chicken was less fatty. I always have to trim it before cooking, which defeats the purpose of such a speedy recipe. Other than that though, tasty recipe.
I loved how easy and quick this meal was! Also loved the huge veggie portion and low sugar meal. Certain things are bound to suffer when you go with speed and ease, so this meal definitely sacrifices on browning of the chicken meat for example. Only complaint is the beans were billed as ready-to-use but still had significant inedible stems still attached. Had I known ahead of time I would have dealt with that first, was a bit tough to get it all ready for 24 oz of beans before they were needed, so everything else got cooked too long
