• Wash and dry produce. • Quarter potatoes (peel if you prefer). Finely chop chives. Dice cucumber. Dice tomato.

• In a microwave-safe bowl, season potatoes with salt and pepper. Add garlic herb butter and cover with plastic wrap; microwave until tender and steaming, 4-5 minutes.

• Meanwhile, pat chicken* dry and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle oil in a hot pan; cook chicken until cooked through, 5-7 minutes per side. Turn off heat; transfer to a plate and cover with foil. Wipe out pan. • Heat another drizzle of oil in same pan. Cook cream sauce, cheese, and chives, stirring, until sauce is smooth and slightly thickened, 1-2 minutes.

• In a bowl, toss mixed greens, cucumber, tomato, and dressing. • Spoon sauce over chicken and potatoes. Serve with salad.
Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
This is phenomenal, I love how quick this recipe was. The crazy sauce for the potatoes and chicken is sooo good. The Dijon honey mustard dressing is something I've not had before, it now a new favorite dressing. This is my kid approved too so that is a plus!
Quick and easy prep. That chive sauce really added a rich flavor to the potatoes and green beans. I'm very picky about salad dressing, and I love the mustard dressing in the salad.
Impressed potatoes with garlic butter cooked in microwave were so tender & tasty. Parmesan chive sauce easy to prepare & tasty. Had to use own ingredients on hand for salad as tomato not ripe & was mushy as if had been frozen; also cucumber was soft & soggy.
The chicken breast needs more seasoning than just salt and pepper. The creamy chive sauce was amazing, especially with the garlic herb butter potatoes. I didn't like that the format of the recipe card was very different than all of the other recipe cards - consistency would be nice.
I didn't hate this dish, but I wouldn't choose it again either. I'm not a huge fan of chives, and while the salad was a welcome addition I don't love that every salad from Hello Fresh seems to come with honey dijon dressing. ALSO - who had the audacity to call this a 15 minute meal? The chicken alone takes almost that long, plus prepping potatoes and salad. Definitely not 15 minutes unless you have multiple cooks in the kitchen.
It was easy and fast. I even liked the potatoes cooked in the microwave with that butter sauce. I put the Parmesan sauce on the potatoes too. Would try another one like this
Really yummy dish! The sauce was delish. Only thing is I personally don't like honey Dijon dressing, so I just used some ranch I had at home. Also, I hate arugula, so I wish the salads such have so much of it, but that's just me.
I finally got a sauce right and it went great on the potatoes. I'm definitely doing the potatoes again. So good. Garlic, butter, parmesan. Yummy!! Never tried honey dijon dressing before, but hubby and I both liked it. Chicken was ok.
The flavors were all great, but there absolutely was not enough potatoes for four people. From the picture and the description, it looked like there would be at least a little lettuce to crisp up the salad; however the mixed greens were mostly spinach. We also used our own dressings since none of us are fond of honey mustard on salads. The sauce was good though.
Tasty and quick Honey Dijon dressing is great as is the cream sauce. Not an overly heavy meal like I was worried about
