• Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Peel and dice sweet potatoes into ½-inch pieces.

• Place sweet potatoes in a medium pot with enough salted water to cover by 2 inches. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes. • Drain and return sweet potatoes to pot. Keep covered off heat until ready to mash.

• Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine panko, cheddar, half the Fry Seasoning, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. • Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with remaining Fry Seasoning, salt, and pepper.

• Place chicken on one side of a baking sheet; brush tops with half the sour cream (you’ll use the rest in the next step). Mound coated sides with panko mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides). • Toss green beans on empty side of sheet with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and pepper. • Roast on top rack until chicken is cooked through and green beans are browned and tender, 18-22 minutes.

• Meanwhile, mash sweet potatoes with 2 TBSP butter (4 TBSP for 4 servings), remaining sour cream, and a big pinch of salt. Keep covered until ready to serve. TIP: If you like your sweet potatoes extra-sweet, add a pinch of brown sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup while mashing.

• Divide sweet potatoes, green beans, and chicken between plates. Serve.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
I would give this 5 stars if I could. If I had ordered this at a restaurant I would have been very happy. It was that good, and I'm not that good of a cook. Great ingredients, clear instructions, easy to make, tasted FANTASTIC!!!
The panko and cheese coating was amazing on the cutlets. Loved the sweet potato mash as well. I'll do that again.
Very tasty, love the larger meat portions, substituted asparagus for the green beans and it turned out great. Very easy and quick to prepare. I'm sure we'll order this one again.
Perfect combo of flavors! This is the second time I ordered this one. Not hard to prep either! Good protein, fats and vitamins!
First time trying this and it will be ordered again. Wonderful crunch on a moist flavorful chicken.
Very good. I love the crust on the chicken. I have gotten this one twice now.
The mashed sweet potatoes was a nice switch from regular mashed potatoes, I added a little brown sugar but it was good without it as well.
Please add note to save one packet for the sweet potatoes we had to sub cream cheese bc we used one packet for each chicken
Not sure I loved the sour cream layer under the chicken. It was not bad. But if the crust has olive oil in it, maybe just a drizzle of EVOO on the chicken itself would be enough. I feel like it made the panko a bit soggy.
It's good with good flavor BUT better with Parmesan than cheddar. Cheddar was missing second time ordering so substituted Parmesan (only shredded cheese I had) and man that was much more flavorful than the cheddar.
