Cooking Steps

Prep
1

• Adjust racks to top and middle positions and preheat oven to 450 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Dice potatoes into 1⁄2-inch pieces. Pick and finely chop fronds from dill.

Roast Potatoes
2

• Toss potatoes on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. • Roast on top rack, tossing halfway through, until lightly browned and tender, 20-25 minutes.

Cook Chicken
3

• While potatoes roast, pat chicken* dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. • Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. • Turn off heat; transfer to a cutting board and set aside to rest.

Roast Green Beans
4

• While chicken cooks, trim green beans if necessary; toss on a second baking sheet with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. • Roast on middle rack until tender, 10-12 minutes.

Make Sauce
5

• Meanwhile, in pan used for chicken, combine stock concentrate and 1⁄4 cup water (1/3 cup for 4 servings); bring to a simmer over medium-high heat, 1-2 minutes. • Reduce heat to low and whisk in sour cream, half the chopped dill, and mustard to taste. Turn off heat. • Stir in 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4) and any resting juices from chicken. Season with salt and pepper.

Finish & Serve
6

• Slice chicken crosswise. • Divide chicken, potatoes, and green beans between plates. Drizzle sauce over chicken. Garnish with as much remaining chopped dill as you like and serve.

Chicken is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165º.

Loved the sauce! I only used some of the Dijon and I made it very tasty to suit us and the use of the sour cream was spot on! Enjoyed the potatoes this way too and the green beans were 'just' done-perfect. Do need to plan the timing for cooking the chicken though, as it was done quicker than instructions stated. Overall, this was a welcoming meal-so fast and so easy and so very good.

Overall this was a great meal. The green beans and potatoes were fresh and tasted good, the cuts of chicken were also good. The cook time listed in the instructions was perfect and the instructions were easy to follow. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the Dijon Dill sauce. I personally wasn't the biggest fan of the flavor. I think the sour cream base was giving it a tangy undertone that I just don't like. My husband did like the sauce though, so I am sure other people will also enjoy it.

Very tasty. I got the potatoes just barely done, so I'll adjust cooking time in the future. But got the green beans perfect. The creamy dijon sauce wasn't as thick as I'd like, so I may add a bit of cornstarch next time. But a well rounded meal. Chicken was great.

We order this whenever it comes around because of that wonderful Dijon dill sauce. What works sometimes and not others is the age of the green beans. They were awful in this shipment, but I keep other vegetables in the house, so it didn't get in the way of a great dinner.

The dijon and dill were tasty! Almost wish there was more of the sauce so we could douse it all over the potatoes and green beans too.

Loved the dijon dill sauce! I cook the green beans in pot on stovetop. We prefer the softer texture rather than the oven roast on the green beans.

Another spice I've never really cooked with before, Dill. I really rather enjoyed it. Not an overpowering taste, but the dill sauce was a great addition to the chicken. And potatoes and green beans, how can you go wrong with that. Very good.

We were very surprised by this one. The fresh dill really works with the chicken. And the sauce was excellent on everything!
