  • ORANGE YOU GLAD GINGER ROSEMARY MOCKTAIL (for one drink): Wash and dry produce. Pick out 1-2 short sprigs of rosemary and set aside, peel ginger and thinly slice into coins, halve and slice orange into 1/4" slices. Add 1 sprig rosemary, 2-3 slices of ginger, honey to a cocktail shaker or glass. Add 1 tsp of balsamic glaze and a pinch of black pepper. Using the end of a wooden spoon, briefly muddle the thyme-balsamic mixture. Add 3oz Poppi Strawberry Lemon Soda. Add ice and stir until chilled, 5-10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with the thyme sprigs.
