Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Slice baguette crosswise into eight rounds. Spread slices out on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toast on the top rack until golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
Using a butter knife, break grand cru into chunks and place on a serving board or plate. Separate coppa, salami, and prosciutto; arrange in sections on board or plate with cheese.
Serve cheese and charcuterie with crostini and fig jam.
Very easy to serve for a party. Open the packages and stick out. It would be wonderful to include some olives and some other nibbles with it that also open from a package and can be laid out for the holidays.
More fig jam would've been appreciated, maybe more bread too, meat and cheese were good but for the price I'd expect a little more for two
The jam brings balance to the salty flavors. I personally slightly heated the prosciutto to give it a slight crisp and yummy!
The Grand Cru cheese was awesome! Good quality cold cuts.
I always love getting the charcuterie board because I usually have it as a meal by itself. Always super yummy.
Jam was very delicious, worked well with meat and cheese
Such quality meats and cheese! Perfect for a quick entertainment option!
Perfect for an evening snack!! Could have had more bread or crackers.
Very tasty. Was a delightful appetizer while we decorated our Christmas tree! Enjoyed very much:)
Wonderful! Made a great football spread, I will be ordering this again.
