24 ounce
BBQ Baby Back Ribs
20 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
11 ounce
Cornbread Swirls
(Contains: Wheat)
1 teaspoon
Olive Oil
Ribs
Remove ribs from package, reserving any extra sauce. Place on a lightly-oiled piece of foil large enough to wrap around ribs. Brush tops of ribs with remaining sauce. Tightly crimp foil to form a packet. Grill: Place foil packet on grill grates; close grill. Cook until ribs are warmed through, 20-25 minutes. Oven: Place foil packet on a baking sheet. Bake until ribs are warmed through and edges are lightly caramelized, 22-25 minutes. Remove ribs from packet. Cut between bones into desired number of portions and drizzle with sauce from foil packet.
Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season generously with salt and pepper (or your favorite spices). Grill: Grill on oiled grates until browned and cooked through (we suggest 3-5 minutes per side, but grills can vary!). Stovetop: Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. Let rest a few minutes, then slice.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Separate rolls into 6 rounds (do not unroll). Place each roll into a greased muffin cup. Bake for 13-17 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm or bake ahead and reheat briefly in the microwave.
These have a great flavor but were a little tough. I followed the directions and warmed them on the grill wrapped in foil, and tasted great but was hoping they would be a little more 'fall off the bone' type of ribs. But very tasty!
I've never seen cornbread in the tube BUT it was great to scoop up some baked beans I made. Would have been good if you included some marinade for the chicken cutlets.
Loved the ribs and corn bread. The chicken was good for grilling but I wish it had come with some sauce.
The ribs were delicious! The chicken should have been shipped in the marinade, there was not enough salad or cornbread for 4 people.
Yum! The ribs were seasoned well with plenty of BBQ sauce. They were so good! The cornbread was really yummy too!
The ribs were perfect! Chicken was delicious! The corn muffins were a little dry probably because the can had opened during transit. They were good tasting.
Ribs were great but the chicken was plain. It would have been nice to have some sauce or marinade for the chicken, too.
This was a gift for my mother and father-in-law. They loved both the ribs and the chicken, but we did not receive the corn bread rolls.
Not enough BBQ sauce; salad was basically Cole slaw so I had to add romaine as well as other items. Everyone loved the corn bread muffins though. I added oven French fries. I wouldn't get it again though.
Put this in the crock pot as they were tough last time & very tender this go round.
