Meanwhile, slice mozzarella into 6 - 8 rounds.
Arrange mozzarella and prosciutto on a serving board. Drizzle both with hot honey. Serve with toasted baguettes on the side.
Great, after browning the bread, turn oven off, top with prosciutto and mozz, put back in oven for 5 min as it cools, add hot honey when you pull it out of the oven, = awesome
The crisp bread with the soft fresh mozzarella with the salty prosciutto and the sweet and spicy honey- ugh! So good
Very delicious and quick to prepare especially for the hot summer days. Fresh mozzarella and prosciutto. Love the spicy honey. Will get it again when available.
Let's face it. All of hello fresh recipes are 4 stars! This was incredible. I normally dislike spicy food but the hot honey mixed with the cheese and meat was incredible.
I'm in love! What a delicious snack. The hot honey and the salty meats are the perfect combo
The Hot Honey contrasts the mildness of the cheese really well. I think I found my new favorite condiment.
Made for a great late night snack.... That felt a little fancy. 3 packets of Hot Honey was way more than enough, glad we had extra!
A great appetizer board! I believe this only came with one bread roll, I think two would be more sufficient for the amount of honey, cheese and meat provided.
Just now realizing the hot honey was for this. Although I don't know what would be done with it, apply it to the bread? In any case maybe you could bundle this stuff in a bag instead of scattering it around the big box. Also there should be some tomato with this. But it was good as is, I used it as a meal in itself.
Honey was pretty spicy, which I like but others may have a problem with, and there was hardly enough prosciutto to cover the mozzarella.
