Cooking Steps
Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Slice baguette crosswise into 8 rounds. Spread slices out on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper. Toast on top rack of oven until golden brown, 5-10 minutes.
Meanwhile, slice mozzarella into 8 rounds.
Arrange mozzarella and prosciutto on a serving board. Drizzle both with hot honey. Serve with toasted baguettes on the side.

The salty sweet is great. However the mozz retains water.
The demi baguettes need some regulation because there are times I get large ones and times that I get tiny ones. A little consistency would be nice.
