Chicken Cutlets: Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season all over with salt and pepper (feel free to also sprinkle on whatever spices you have in your pantry—you’re the chef!). Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side.

All of your meat products are delicious. The only thing that is not consistent in size is the chicken cutlets - some are like breasts and some are large and some are small. It just makes it a bit challenging to portion out for 2 meals.
Very pleased with the quality and taste of these - the pork wasn't fatty, tasted like ground pork chops which made the stir-fry I used it in even yummier!
