Oven-Ready Tray
2.5 teaspoon
White Wine Vinegar
2 tablespoon

(Contains: Eggs)
12 ounce
Chicken Cutlets
1 tablespoon
Sweet and Smoky BBQ Seasoning
4 ounce
Coleslaw Mix
teaspoon (tsp)
Salt
teaspoon (tsp)
Black Pepper
½ teaspoon (tsp)
Sugar
1 teaspoon (tsp)
Cooking Oil

Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with BBQ seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken on one side of oven-ready tray (for 4 servings, place all the chicken in one tray).

Open package of potatoes and drain off any excess liquid.
Place potatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl, separating any pieces that are stuck together. Cover with plastic wrap; poke a few holes in wrap and microwave 3 minutes. Toss with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.
Transfer seasoned potatoes to opposite side of tray from chicken (for 4 servings, transfer potatoes to a second tray). Bake on middle rack (be sure your oven has preheated!) until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are browned, 25-30 minutes. (For 4, bake two trays side by side on middle rack.)

Meanwhile, wash and dry bowl used for potatoes.
In same bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, half the vinegar, ½ tsp sugar, salt, and pepper (all the vinegar and 1 tsp sugar for 4 servings). Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Drizzle BBQ sauce over chicken. Sprinkle cheddar over potatoes and stir to combine until melted.
Divide BBQ chicken, cheddar potatoes, and coleslaw between plates in separate sections. Serve.
Easy to prepare and delicious. Next time I would put cheese on before potatoes totally done so cheese melts more and browns. I would also put some of the bbq sauce on the chicken while cooking so there is more concentrated flavor. I am loving the prep and bake recipes a lot
I would definitely order again but I used the bbq sauce to help season the chicken BEFORE baking and used our own fave bbq sauce for dipping once served. I may want to marinade it in something beforehand next time. Came out pretty perfect otherwise. Never been the biggest fan of coleslaw in general but this was okay and nicer to eat since I know I made it myself. I would add some dishes with a marinade step.
Delicious!!! I need to know what kind of BBQ sauce this is! I could practically drink it, it's so good! Loved the minimal prep and clean up of this meal. My first prep and bake meal from HF and it won't be my last!
Cheese and bbq sauce need to be added to potatoes and chicken for last 5 minutes of cooking; seasoning spice should be used conservatively and not all over both sides, for those of us with IBS or other sensitive digestive issues
I really enjoyed the barbecue chicken and coleslaw. I did not like the prepackaged potatoes. I feel like that's something I could've made on my own. It just felt not as fresh.
Was basically a very good easy to put together dinner with just the right amount of components. Was enough food left over to make a chicken omelette and potatoes for breakfast! The coleslaw was very good! The chicken cutlets were very thin and not nice thick piece of bbq chicken as pictured!
Delicious & easy to prepare with no messy cleanup! Thank you for offering a southern dish of barbecue! Please consider offering more southern style dishes. And breakfast items as well.
The slaw was amazing. The chicken was good and tender. I wish the potatoes tasted better and were more crispy. The meal was quick and easy to put together which is what I need as a full-time working mom with 3 hungry kids and a husband to feed!
The flavors were fantastic. The only part was the delivery. We got thinned pieces (filet) vs a thick thigh. This caused to adjust cooking & not taste as good. As you are getting more sauce than chicken with sauce on it.
Chicken was great but I loved that the potatoes were mostly done for me all I had to do was put them in the pan!
