Whether you’re celebrating Dad or the Fourth of July, nothing beats a cookout. Here you’ll char garlic herb butter and hot honey-brushed chicken breasts and top them with gouda, whip up BBQ pulled pork, and grill beef patties to perfection and top them with cheddar, then stuff them all between toasted brioche buns. We highly recommend grilling for the ultimate summer experience and flavor, but cooking on the stove top will do, too. *Download recipe card for complete nutrition information.*

Halve buns. Place half the garlic herb butter in a small microwave-safe bowl; microwave until melted, 30 seconds. Stir in half the hot honey.
Tear or roughly chop pork into smaller pieces. Pat chicken dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper. Form beef into four equal-size patties, each slightly wider than a bun; season generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add pork, BBQ sauce, and ¾ cup water. Cook, stirring occasionally, until reduced and thickened, 4-6 minutes. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Keep covered until ready to serve.
GRILL: Heat a well-oiled grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Add beef patties and chicken; cook patties to desired doneness and chicken until cooked through (we suggest 3-5 minutes per side for both, but grills can vary). In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush chicken with honey garlic butter and top with gouda; top patties with cheddar. Cover and cook until cheese melts. Add buns; toast until golden.
STOVETOP: Toast buns. Heat a drizzle of oil in a second large pan over medium-high heat. Add beef patties and chicken; cook patties to desired doneness, 3-5 minutes per side, and chicken until cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush chicken with honey garlic butter and top with gouda; top patties with cheddar. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
Spread cut sides of two buns with remaining garlic herb butter and fill with chicken; drizzle with remaining hot honey to taste. Fill two buns with beef patties. Fill remaining buns with BBQ pork.
My husband is extremely picky but he LOVED the pulled pork. I doctored the burgers to his liking, but he said the chicken sandwiches were "nope, not it!" The chicken was decent, burgers typical, but BBQ pulled pork fabulous. It's definitely worth it cost-wise with added sides for a family!
Pulled pork ended up being more like chopped pork, not pulled. BBQ sauce with water did not reduce down much and stayed watery. Chicken sandwiches with hot honey were quite good. Burgers were missing half the meat in my box and the cheese was too warm to use.
All delicious, especially the chicken sandwiches. Would love to see some specialty burger seasonings or trimmings added to this. The burgers were a little difficult to handle on the grill too.
Oh wow. It was just my husband and me on the 4th of July. It was so much fun to put it all together. We'll keep this in mind sometime if we want an easy way to entertain.
Nice and filling. A little messy making/eating them. The ground beef one came with shredded cheese, I think a slice would've been less messy. Did not get a recipe card for this; had to look up what ingredients were for which type of sandwich.
The shredded cheese got all crispy at the burger edges and really made them delicious.
Liked that this meal could be grilled. Also like the gouda cheese a lot.
This made 4th of July stress free! I added my home made gelatin salad and deviled eggs for a no stress meal!
Great deal. We were able to have 4 separate meals with this selection.
Very tasty and good value for the money. The Brioche rolls are excellent
