• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Trim green beans if necessary. • In oven-ready tray, toss green beans with a drizzle of oil, half the garlic powder (you’ll use the rest in the next step), salt, and pepper. (For 4 servings, divide everything between two trays.) • In a small bowl, combine panko, sesame seeds, 1 TBSP olive oil (2 TBSP for 4), a pinch of salt, and pepper.

• Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with remaining garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange over green beans (for 4 servings, divide chicken between two trays). • Brush tops of chicken with mayonnaise; mound with panko mixture, pressing firmly to adhere (no need to coat the undersides). • Roast on middle rack until green beans are tender, topping is golden brown, and chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes. (For 4, roast two trays side by side on middle rack.)

• When chicken has 5 minutes left, empty rice into a medium microwave-safe bowl (breaking up rice with your hands). Add 3 TBSP water (6 TBSP for 4 servings). Cover tightly with plastic wrap; microwave until rice is warmed through and tender, 11⁄2-2 minutes. • Fluff rice with a fork. Stir in 1 TBSP butter (2 TBSP for 4); taste and season with salt and pepper if desired.

• Divide chicken, green beans, and rice between plates in separate sections. Top chicken with spicy mayo and serve.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
The green beans are not finished cooking when the chicken is done. I find that it works best if I microwave the green beans for about three minutes before I add them to the roasting pan. The spicy mayo is the highlight of this meal. It's absolutely delicious. I wish it came with more of the spicy mayo. I'd like to know what is in it that makes it taste so good so I can buy some at the supermarket. The chicken doesn't brown. The panko topping for some reason does not get brown so I keep thinking that is not done. But everything was very tasty.
This was easy to make and everybody loved it. The rice wasn't great, but if I ever make it again, I'll make fresh rice from scratch. The sesame seeds weren't included, so I used my own from my pantry. Also, I've learned from past experience, that I'd rather cook these recipes a little more slowly at a lower temp to reduce the amount of smoking and to keep the end product moister.
I think if I cooked the green beans for about ten minutes before placing the chicken on them, the whole dish would have worked better. The current instructions leave either the green beans too crunchy or the chicken overcooked. The flavors are great though! Love the spicy mayo and love that there's no cheese in this.
I loved the fact that I didn't need to boil the rice and the trays made clean up easy. The meal was just as delicious.
We loved the topping on the chicken, especially the spicy mayo. I even saved the extra to make another meal with it! Very easy to prepare this meal.
This was super quick and easy! And the chicken was so good! I added a little butter to the rice and that helped give it a little more taste
This was easy to make and delicious! The chicken and beans were cooked perfectly. The spicy mayo adds great flavor.
Love how easy this was to make! The chicken didn't quite cook through in the oven but the microwave took care of that. Would order again.
Easy, simple almost no prep. Good flavor, would love some soy sauce for the rice or sesame oil for beans
Next time we would precook the green beans to soften them before adding the chicken or push them to the sides of the pan so they cook evenly.
