Bavette Steak
Pat steak dry with paper towels; season all over with salt and pepper.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook to desired doneness, 5-7 minutes per side.
Never had this cut of steak before but it was really good. Seasoned it with some salt & pepper and cooked it in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, flipping once at the half way mark.
Pan fried the steak to a perfect medium rare and topped with a mushroom sauce. Delicious!
For a budget steak, it was quite tender. I marinated in some leftover fajita seasoning and lime juice.. sliced it up and made fajitas.

This cut of meat wasn't as good as my last one, but overall MUCH better than the Ranch Steak. These were tall and thin and after cooking for 25 minutes total on medium heat, my steak barely made it to medium and I like a well done steak. I prefer the wider and shorter steaks for a cleaner and quicker cook time.
A nice surprise addition to my box. There were 2 steaks in the pack. For free, it was great. If I paid for it, not sure I'd buy again. It was very 'beefy' in taste. Too much so for me. I researched online and found it should be very beefy in flavor. So for that it's on point.
Perfect cut, not too much fat and very tender...I just sprinkle black truffle and garlic spice

The steak had a lot of the shiny membrane that had to trim. I made steak fajitas with it but I wasn't happy with the taste. Next time I will marinate instead of using dry spices.
Marinated the steak and cooked on the grill. This cut is both juicy and tender. We love them.
