Adjust rack to top position and preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry produce.
Place spring rolls on a baking sheet and bake, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy, 18-20 minutes.
Trim and halve cucumbers lengthwise; slice into ½-inch-thick half-moons. In a medium bowl, toss cucumbers with vinegar, 1½ tsp sugar, and a big pinch of salt. Set aside to pickle, stirring occasionally. In a second medium bowl, toss coleslaw mix with sesame dressing. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a large drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add gyoza, flat sides down, and cook for 1 minute. Carefully add ⅓ cup water; cover and cook until water has evaporated and bottoms are crispy, 4-5 minutes.
Serve with sauces on the side for dipping.
RECIPE SUGGESTION (Additional ingredients not included.) Have any fresh cilantro or scallions on hand? Add some to the pickled cucumbers and sesame slaw for extra brightness!
So good, and the fresh, simple vegetable-based sides helped to round and balance out the prepared dumplings and spring rolls so it didn't feel so unhealthy! This made a nice and easy dinner treat on a Friday when I was exhausted from a difficult week. I would have loved a bit more dipping sauce, and I added a bit of mayo to the sesame slaw, but this was a definite win. I hope this kit is offered again in the future!
Solid dumplings and very excellent spring rolls. Flavorful and not just from salt. Would buy these Thai spring rolls again if sold in stores or on its own. A balanced combination of items for a good appetizer board.
Cucumbers really small this time. Love these ingredients; the dumplings and chicken rolls are very good! Always taste fresh! These are better brand than I can get at the store! Please don't change them! The slaw and cucumbers are great addition to this meal. It super easy to prepare!! Thnx!
We loved this board. This was such a fun idea and very different from the traditional cheese board. The flavors were fresh and made me feel I was in a Thai restaurant.
Loved everything about the dumplings and spring rolls. You might consider adding one each of the main dishes. My husband loved the pickled cukes....I'm not a fan. The cabbage was very good. Overall, we both loved the meal.
The spring rolls had a little spice to them, which I really enjoyed. My whole family loved the dumplings.
We really like oriental. These were real good dumplings and spring rolls. The sauces add great flavors
The slaw and pickled cucumbers were easy to prepare. The rolls and dumplings were very good.
The Pork Dumplings were OK, and actually tasted quite good. The Spring Rolls were very delicate (probably because they aren't frozen) and fell apart in my fingers. Once baked they were better, but still fell apart. I would order the dumplings again, but not the spring rolls.
This was fun to make and to eat. The spring rolls were too spicy, in my opinion, but the dumplings were excellent.
