Nando’s Perinaise Chicken Sliders

Nando’s Perinaise Chicken Sliders

Slather on the Perinaise. | 4 Servings

When it comes to prepping the ultimate spread for Dad, we’re all about snackable chicken sliders—they deliver the perfect bite without crowding out all the other parts of the Father's Day feast. These sliders get a kick from Nando’s Perinaise sauce, which you'll brush onto toasted brioche buns and then fill with tender chicken with melty gouda cheese. We recommend grilling your chicken for the perfect char, but cooking on the stovetop works, too.

Instructions

1

Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Season all over with Fry Seasoning, salt, and pepper. Halve buns.

2

Heat a well-oiled grill to medium high, or heat a drizzle of oil in a grill pan or large pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook until browned and cooked through, 3-5 minutes per side (grills can vary). In the last 2 minutes of cooking, top with gouda and close grill (TIP: If using a pan, cover with a lid); cook until cheese melts. Add buns cut side down to the grill or pan; toast until bread is golden. Spread cut side of top toasted buns with Perinaise. Fill buns with chicken and serve.
