Nonstick Cooking Spray

• Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine panko, Fry Seasoning, Parmesan, a drizzle of olive oil (large drizzle for 4 servings), salt, and pepper.

• Lightly coat oven-ready tray with nonstick cooking spray or a drizzle of oil. • Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper. Mound chicken with panko mixture, pressing to adhere (no need to coat the undersides); carefully place in prepared tray (divide between two trays for 4 servings). Wipe out bowl. • Bake on middle rack until topping is browned and chicken is cooked through, 15-20 minutes.

• Meanwhile, cut broccoli into bite-size pieces if necessary. • When chicken has 5 minutes left, place broccoli, salt, and pepper in bowl used for panko. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave until crisp-tender, 2-3 minutes (if needed, continue to microwave in 30-second increments). • Carefully remove plastic wrap (watch out for steam!) and toss broccoli with half the garlic herb butter.

• Halve and toast baguette. Spread cut sides with remaining garlic herb butter; halve each piece on a diagonal. • Divide chicken, broccoli, and garlic bread between plates. Serve with ranch dressing on the side.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
So good! The chicken was crispy and the Parmesan paired with the panko was perfection! The steamed broccoli was great with the garlic butter, and the garlic bread was scrumptious!
I love the oven ready pan. This was easy to make and so delicious. I really like the garlic butter with the garlic bread but the broccoli as well. Great meal overall.
So yummy!! The broccoli was amazing especially with the garlic butter, the chicken with the panko mix was super yummy, with the chicken, the garlic bread was delicious with everything. I would eat this again💗
Loved this meal. It was quick and tasty. I loved the garlic butter for broccoli and bread. Would order it again.
Topping refused to stick to chicken and flaked off completely when removed from pan for serving and lended little flavor to the dish as a result it needed a binder of some kind. The broccoli and garlic bread were fantastic!
Very good. Incredibly easy prep and delicious. To get a 4 star, the chicken would need to be more flavorful. Maybe brushing a coating before adding the panko mix.
Really could have used more broccoli. Also the texture of the parmesan strips was a little too much after baking, just the difference between the flakiness of the rest of the breading and then the strips of parmesan.
Steamed the broccoli instead of microwaving it. Even roasting it is better than microwaving. Also, coated the bottom of the chicken as well as the top. Good flavors!
I forgot to add the ranch for dipping but it still turned out really delicious. This was definitely an easy one. I adored the throw away aluminum pans. Made clean up easy. This is definitely a "I'm exhausted and couldn't care less if I eat" kind of night. It's flavorful and so easy.
It was good except my mistake, I cooked the broccoli too long and it got mushy so in the trash it went!!! But the Parmesan panko chicken and garlic bread was great.
