
Get ready for an American classic--BBQ chicken and all the fixins! Chicken cutlets slathered in BBQ sauce bake beside seasoned sliced potatoes showered with cheddar in our oven-ready tray (no pans to clean!). While the oven does the work, you'll toss the slaw. • Adjust rack to middle position and preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and dry produce. • Pat chicken* dry with paper towels and season all over with salt and pepper. • Place chicken on one side of oven-ready tray (for 4 servings, place all the chicken in one tray). Top chicken with BBQ sauce.

• Open package of potatoes and drain off any excess liquid. • Place potatoes in a medium microwave-safe bowl, separating any pieces that are stuck together. Cover with plastic wrap; poke a few holes in wrap and microwave for 3 minutes. Toss with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. • Transfer seasoned potatoes to opposite side of tray from chicken (for 4 servings, transfer potatoes to a second tray). Top potatoes with cheddar. Bake on middle rack (be sure your oven has preheated!) until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are browned, 25-30 minutes. (For 4, bake two trays side by side on middle rack.)

• Meanwhile, wash and dry bowl used for potatoes. • In same bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, half the vinegar, 1⁄2 tsp sugar, salt, and pepper (all the vinegar and 1 tsp sugar for 4 servings). Refrigerate until ready to serve.

• Divide BBQ chicken, cheddar potatoes, and coleslaw between plates in separate sections. Serve.
Poultry is fully cooked when internal temperature reaches 165°.
The spice on the chicken was amazing. The tray didn't burn up like the last meal. The potatoes were nice and crispy. The slaw was refreshing. And the bbq sauce was such a nice sweet contrast to the slightly spicy seasoning on the chicken. Very safe meal!

Very good. If you like your slaw tangy, then you will like this one. It leans a bit more to the vinegar side. I enjoyed it as I found it refreshing. The barbecue sauce isn't overwhelming so you actually do taste the chicken. I couldn't finish my meal as something came up and reheated it the next day. It was still fantastic, including the potatoes. I really like the aluminum pans because you can use them for making bacon in the oven since they have such high sides. Or for heating up any odds and ends.
One of the easiest Hello Fresh meals ever. My 12-year-old can cook this one, and it's always great. The BBQ sauce is sweet and tangy, and the chicken is always moist and delicious.
Easy and tasty. The potatoes were awesome and complemented the BBQ chicken. It could have used a bit more BBQ sauce.
Love the cooking tray. Pre cut and cooked potatoes definitely a plus. The barbecue sauce has nice sweet & smoky flavor that's fantastic. Would definitely get this again.
This was a convenient bbq chicken dinner to make while it's not quite yet outdoor grilling season. The chicken baked up perfectly and was juicy, and not dry. The cole slaw was a delicious blend of ingredients. The potatoes could have been better...the cheese kind of caked on top and was more caked on than it was gooey. I'd have preferred some green beans instead. They weren't awful but I wish the cheese was more gooey.
The meal was good and easy to make but the aluminum tray was not big enough for the amount of food that needed to be cooked in it.

Very tasty meal. I wish the BBQ sauce had penetrated the chicken a bit more than it did, but it was still tasty and easy to cook.
