So far, so good. We had the sirloin steaks last night and they were delicious, tender and juicy and just the right size. The pork chops were yummy as well. I seared them on the cooktop then put them in spaghetti sauce. Soooo good. I'll get back to you about the other proteins. We are having chicken tonight topped with sauted onions.
