Preheat oven to 375 degrees, disregarding package directions. (If your strata is currently baking, your oven is already at the right temp!) Lightly oil a baking sheet. Remove Annie’s Cinnamon Rolls from packaging; place on prepared sheet (for 6 servings, it’s okay if rolls touch). Bake on middle rack until golden brown, 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop pecans.
