Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Once boiling, add ravioli and reduce heat to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until ravioli are al dente and floating to the top, 4-5 minutes. Drain.
Recipe suggestion (additional ingredients not included): Melt 3 TBSP butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir in 2 thinly sliced garlic cloves and 1 tsp chopped fresh thyme, rosemary, or sage. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add cooked ravioli and stir until coated in butter. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Love the mushroom filling! I mixed the cooked pasta with melted butter, garlic, and sage. Delicious and easy meal.
So easy to make and came out perfect. Perfect tenderness. It reminded me of when I made homemade pasta. It was so good.
You simply cannot beat HF pasta for taste, consistency of pasta and flavor of mushroom filling. Made this a simple, inexpensive and delicious meal!
We took our own direction with these, adding spinach (at the end) to a garlicky mushroom Parmesan Alfredo sauce that paired really well with these raviolis!
Lots of mushroom flavor. Wish there was enough cheesy filling to balance the mushrooms. Made some brown butter with garlic and sage to mix with the ravioli. Wished I had used more herbs.
Yum! This was perfect with a creative tomato sauce, garlic bread and a side salad. The mushrooms are really nice in the ravioli.
This mushroom ravioli made a delicious quick and easy meal when I paired it with Alfredo sauce.
This ravioli was super yummy! Paired with the chicken sausage and some Alfredo sauce, a perfect weeknight dinner.
I love the mushroom stuffing to this ravioli. It adds a whole new layer of flavor to the pasta dish.
It was really good but not two servings. I counted eight pieces of medium raviolis. I let my wife have it and I made a sandwich. I cooked them and then tossed them in sauteed garlic and olive oil with fresh parm and cracked black pepper.
